Home comfort in the center of Ekaterinburg.
A new mural by Sergey Akramov is located on the wall of the City Children's Environmental Center in Kharitonovsky Park.
By depicting indoor plants in an unusual setting, Sergey creates a dialogue between indoor and outdoor. Plants often become the main characters of his images.
The artist again uses the aesthetics of torn street advertisements, interpreting them as “layers of time” and introducing a certain chaos into the work, which, together with the static of home comfort, creates the necessary contrast.
The main character in the painting is the philodendron, also known as the “Red Emerald”.
